考虑极限切削宽度的45钢切削力仿真分析

摘要:以高速车削45钢为研究对象,针对高速车削颤振问题,通过绘制稳定性叶瓣图得到无颤切削参数。利用Third Wave AdvantEdge有限元分析软件,基于无颤切削参数设计正交试验,运用极差分析法得到切削用量对各切削力的影响主次顺序和最优组合。根据仿真试验结果,建立了车削力预测模型并检验了回归模型的可靠性。通过单因素试验法分析研究了各切削参数对车削力的影响规律,从减小车削力和提高高速车削加工稳定性方面出发,在所选参数范围内得出了高速车削45钢时的最优参数组合为:v=1200m/min,f=0.05mm/r,ap=0.2mm。

Simulation Analysis of Cutting Force on 45 Steel with Considering Limit Cutting Width

Abstract:Taking the highspeed turning 45 steel as the research object,aiming at the chatter problem in high speed turning,the chatterfree cutting parameters are obtained by drawing stable lobe diagrams.Using the finite element analysis software Third Wave AdvantEdge,orthogonal experiments are designed based on the nonchattering cutting parameters,and the range analysis method is used to obtain the primary and secondary order and the optimal combination of the influence of cutting parameters on the cutting forces.According to simulation test results,the turning force prediction model is established and the reliability of the regression model is verified.Finally,the influence of each cutting parameter on the turning force is studied by single factor analysis.From the perspective of reducing the turning force and improving the machining stability of highspeed turning within the range of the selected parameters,the optimal cutting combination of parameters for high speed turning 45 steel is given as v=1200m/min, f=005mm/r, ap=0.2mm.
