车削刀具三向振动多参数回归模型的试验研究

摘要:设计了64组车削参数对7075铝合金进行车削试验,利用测振仪、三向加速度传感器采集刀尖处沿工件径向、轴向及切向的三向振动信号,得到了相应的三向振动时域曲线及自功率谱曲线。研究车削振动与车削参数的相关性,基于最小二乘法建立了三向车削振动加速度关于车削参数的多元回归模型。结果表明:随着车削参数的变化,三向振动加速度均方根值aRMS的变化规律基本一致,径向aRMS最大,切向aRMS最小;车削参数与切向振动的相关性最高,与轴向振动的相关性最低,平均相关性系数为0.813。

Experimental Study on Multiparameters Regression Model of
Three Dimensional Vibration of Turning Tool

Abstract:Turning test of 7075 aluminum alloy based on 64 turning parameters.By threeway turning vibration signals collected at the turning tool tip along the radial,axial and tangential directions of workpiece by the vibration measurer and the threeway accelerometer,the time domain curves of threedimensional turning vibration and the curves of selfpower spectrum under the given turning parameters is obtained.In order to study the correlation of the turning vibration with the cutting parameters,the multivariate regression models of threeway turning vibration acceleration with respect to turning parameters are established based on least square method.The research shows:With the change of turning parameters,the change rule of root mean square value aRMS of threedimensional vibration acceleration is basically the same,and the aRMS of radial direction is the largest while the aRMS of the tangential direction is the smallest.The tangential vibration has a highest correlation with the turning parameters while the axial vibration has a lowest correlation with the turning parameters and the mean correlation coefficient is 0.813.
