ZrO2对陶瓷结合剂CBN磨具性能的影响

摘要:陶瓷结合剂立方氮化硼磨具具有高耐磨性、高切削效率、高耐热性、良好的自锐性以及较长的使用寿命。本文以Na2OAl2O3B2O3SiO2基础玻璃加入ZrO2来制备陶瓷结合剂,研究ZrO2加入量对立方氮化硼磨具性能的影响。结果表明:随着ZrO2含量的增加,结合剂的耐火度提高,高温流动性变差,且ZrO2能够促进玻璃相析晶;当ZrO2的含量为1%时,磨具试条的硬度达到HRB110.6,抗弯强度为68.23MPa,提高了27.9%,同时耐磨性急剧提高,磨耗比提高119%。

Effect of ZrO2 on Properties of Ceramic Bond CBN Grinding Tool

Abstract:Ceramic bond CBN grinding tools have the advantages of high wear resistance,high cutting power,high heat resistance,good selfsharpening and long service life,and etc.In this paper,the ceramic binder is prepared by adding ZrO2 into Na2OAl2O3B2O3SiO2 base glass,and the effect of the amount of ZrO2 on the performance of CBN grinding tool is investigated.The result shows that the refractoriness of the binder increases and the high temperature fluidity decreases as the content of ZrO2 increaseing,and ZrO2 can promote the crystallization of glass phase.When the content of ZrO2 is 1%,the hardness of abrasive strip reaches HRB110.6,and the bending strength is 68.23MPa,which is increased by 27.9%.At the same time,the wear resistance is increased sharply and the abrasion ratio is increased by 119%.
