凹槽微织构刀具皮质骨切削仿真研究

摘要:在骨钻削过程中,钻削力过大会对骨组织造成损伤,研究表明,微织构能够有效改善刀具的切削性能。将钻削简化为二维切削,研究凹槽微织构刀具对切削力的影响。基于切削理论建立了凹槽微织构刀具的切削力模型,利用ABAQUS软件进行皮质骨二维切削仿真。设计单因素试验确定微织构参数(宽度、间距和刃边距)对切削力的影响,对比分析微织构刀具和无微织构刀具的仿真结果。结果表明:微织构刀具能够有效减小切削力;微织构参数对切削力有不同影响。

Simulation Study of Cortical Bone Cutting with Grooved Microtexture Tool

Abstract:Excessive drilling force will cause damage to bone tissue in the process of bone drilling.The results show that the microtexture can effectively improve the cutting performance of cutting tools.Drilling is simplified to twodimensional cutting,and studing the influence of groove microtexture tool on cutting force is studied.Based on the cutting theory,the cutting force model of groove microtexture tool is established,and the twodimensional cutting simulation of cortical bone is carried out by ABAQUS.A single factor experiment is designed to determine the influence of microtexture parameters (width,spacing and distance with cutting edge) on cutting force.The simulation results of microtexture tool and nonmicrotexture tool are compared and analyzed.The results show that the microtexture tool can effectively reduce the cutting force,and the influence of the microtexture parameters on the cutting force is different.
