基于VERICUT的ZC1蜗杆磨削仿真技术

摘要:基于磨削啮合原理建立ZC1蜗杆磨削过程的数学模型。根据空间坐标转换与啮合原理推导出砂轮轴向截形方程,借助MATLAB软件计算砂轮截形,生成其离散点数据,并在SolidWorks平台下建立砂轮与磨削机床几何模型。在VERICUT平台中编制数控程序进行仿真磨削加工,提取蜗杆截形,并测量虚拟误差,分析了磨削过程中当交错角变化时蜗杆截形的误差变化趋势,为ZC1蜗杆的精密磨削加工提供新思路。

Simulation Technology of ZC1 Worm Grinding Based on VERICUT

Abstract:Based on the principle of grinding engagement,the mathematical model of grinding process of ZC1 worm pair is established,and the axial profile equation of grinding wheel is derived according to the principle of spatial coordinate transformation and engagement.The profile of grinding wheel is calculated by MATLAB software and the discrete point data is generated,and the geometric model of grinding wheel and grinding machine tool is established on SolidWorks platform.The NC program is programmed to simulate grinding on VERICUT platform, extract worm profile and measure virtual error.The error trend of worm profile is analyzed when the cross angle changes during grinding,which provides a new way for ZC1 worm precision grinding.
