高精度质量检测在航空器叶轮五轴加工中的应用

摘要:以航空器叶轮五轴高速加工为基础,针对叶轮复杂三维扭曲流道空间曲面检测困难的问题,研究了在机检测和智能修正技术、三维扫描检测技术,并利用工业级蓝光三维检测系统,对航空器叶轮进行五轴加工和准确、高效、可靠的三维数字化高精度检测。结果表明,该方法可快速实现高精度三维全尺寸检测,提高了测量效率。

Application of High Precision Quality Inspection of
Aircraft Impeller Based on Fiveaxis Machining

Abstract:Based on the fiveaxis highspeed machining of an aircraft impeller,aiming at the difficult problem of measuring the spatial surface of the complex threedimensional twisted flow channel of the impeller,the online detection and intelligent correction technology and threedimensional scanning detection technology are studied.By using the industrial grade blueray threedimensional detection system,the fiveaxis machining and accurate,efficient and reliable threedimensional digital highprecision detection of aircraft impeller are carried out.The results show that the method can realize highprecision threedimensional fullsize detection quickly,improve the measurement efficiency.
