基于切削稳定性模型切削数据库的开发与应用

摘要:传统切削数据库通常不包含零件加工过程的全部信息,不提供切削参数的可行区间。本文提出一种基于切削稳定性模型的切削数据库系统,开发了一套基于B/S架构的切削数据库系统,得到了无颤振的切削参数可行区间,并通过铣削试验验证了系统可行性。

Development and Application of Cutting Database Based on Cutting Stability Model

Abstract:Traditional cutting database usually does not contain all the information about the machining process,nor can it provide the feasible range of cutting parameters.A cutting database system based on the cutting stability model is proposed,and a cutting database system based on the Browser/Server framework is developed.The feasible range of chatterfree cutting parameters is obtained by using the database system,the feasibility of the system is verified by milling experiments.
