整体硬质合金刀具磨削液流场分析

摘要:针对整体硬质合金刀具磨削时的磨削液冷却问题,利用Fluent软件进行磨削点的有限元仿真,计算不同工艺参数下磨削点附近的流场分布情况。结合对比试验分析所加工整体硬质合金刀具时的流场。结果表明,合理利用磨削气场流场分布规律,可适当提高磨削液的有效利用率,为加工使用提供依据,对提高冷却效果和降低加工成本有较高实用价值。

Flow Field Analysis of Grinding Fluid for Integral Carbide Tools

Abstract:Aiming at the cooling effect of grinding fluid in the grinding of integral cemented carbide tools,the finite element simulation of grinding points is carried out by using Fluent software,and the flow field distribution near grinding points under different process parameters is calculated.According to experiment,the flow field of the whole carbide cutting tool is analyzed.The application results show that the effective utilization rate of grinding fluid can be reasonably improved by using the flow field distribution law of grinding gas field rationally,which provides a basis for processing and use.The research has high practical value for improving cooling effect and reducing processing cost.
