智能齿轮双啮测量仪软件设计

摘要:为智能齿轮双啮测量仪设计了相应的测量软件,介绍了双啮仪的测量原理和测量项目,展示了软件总体设计思路和各子系统的功能和特点,包括主界面和参数设置界面的特点、自检界面的功能、偏心修正系统的应用和数据分析系统的组成等。为便于代码的管理和维护,设计了图形交互控件;为实现软件的模块化,依照设计模式,设计了文件读写模块、报表输出模块和运动控制模块。文件读写模块为二进制格式,报表输出模块提供测量结果的报表和数据分析模块的报表,运动控制模块集成了测量和自检系统所需的所有运动控制函数,最终形成了完整、可靠、友好的智能齿轮双啮测量软件。

Design of Intelligent Gear Dualflank Meshing Measuring Software

Abstract:The software is designed for intelligent gear dualflank meshing measuring instrument.The theory and items of measurement are introduced in this paper.The overall software design ideas and the functions and features of each subsystem are displayed,including the characteristics of main interface,parameter setup interfaces,the functions of selftesting system,the application of eccentric compensation system,and the components of data analyzing system.For the sake of maintaining and management of the code,graph interactive control is designed.The file reading and writing module,report writing module and motion control module are designed based on design mode.The file reading and writing module can operate binary format.The report writing module support results and data analyzing report.The motion control module integrates all the functions which required by measuring and selftesting system.As a result,it becomes an integrated,reliable and friendly gear dualflank meshing measuring software.
