亲疏复合微织构刀具表面的制备及液滴运动调控试验研究

摘要:钛合金切削加工过程中刀具极易磨损,严重影响加工质量和加工效率。为延缓刀具磨损,结合表面织构和润湿差异性表面的减摩降磨方法,在聚晶金刚石PCD刀具表面利用激光加工和低表面能处理技术制备了亲疏复合织构,并研究了其润湿性规律。利用自行搭建的静电雾化装置验证了亲疏复合织构对液滴运动状态的调控作用。

Study on Fabrication of Lyophilic/Lyophobic Composite Textured Tool
 Surface and  Regulation of Droplets Movement

Abstract:During titanium alloys cutting process,the tool wear is serious,which directly affects the quality and efficiency.Surface texture and wetting differential surface are combined to reduce friction and wear,and then fabricated lyophilic/lyophobic composite textured on a  polycrystalline diamond(PCD) tool by laser and low surface energy treatment.The wettability of the tool surface is investigated.The selfbuilt electrostatic atomization device is used to verify the regulation of droplet movement on the lyophilic/lyophobic composite textured surface.
