整体硬质合金球头铣刀螺旋槽建模技术研究

摘要:球头铣刀外形复杂,工序繁多,在曲面加工中应用广泛。对整体硬质合金球头铣刀刃线和螺旋槽进行数学建模,采用等导程刃线模型生成S型球头刃线,解决球面刃线与柱面刃线过渡不光滑问题。采用蝶形砂轮刃磨螺旋槽,求解砂轮刃磨位姿。利用MATLAB对球头铣刀刃线模型进行仿真验证,计算砂轮位姿变换过程,并基于MATLAB软件中GUI模块设计砂轮磨削工艺系统。

Research on Spiral Groove Modeling Technology of
Solid Carbide Ballend Milling Cutter

Abstract:Ballend milling cutter is a kind of complex cutter in machining,which has complex shape and various working procedures and is widely used in surface machining.In this paper,the edge line and spiral groove of the solid carbide ball head milling cutter are modeled mathematically,and the S ballend edge line is generated by using the equal lead edge line model,so as to solve the problem that the transition between the spherical edge line and the cylindrical edge line is not smooth.The spiral groove is grinded by a butterfly shaped grinding wheel,and the grinding position of the grinding wheel is solved.MATLAB is used to simulate the edge model of ballend milling cutter,calculate the change process of grinding wheel position and attitude,and design the grinding process system based on GUI module of MATLAB.
