PCD刀具刃口强化对刀具性能的影响分析

摘要:使用PCD刀具加工时工件粗糙度先下降后上升,刀具使用初期出现一定的崩刃率和寿命不稳定等常见问题。根据实际需求,分别对PCD刀具刃口刃带强化方案应用在铝合金工件内孔加工中以及PCD刀具刃口钝化强化方案应用在铝合金高速面铣削加工中进行测试,将结果与原PCD刀具(锋利刃口)的数据进行比对,分析刃口强化对刀具性能的影响。

Analysis on Influence of PCD Tool Edge Strengthening on Tool Performance

Abstract:It is a common problem in PCD tool application that the component roughness first decreases and then rises,and hence tool faces certain rate of chip off and unstable life at the early stage.According to the actual requirement,this PCD tool edge strengthening scheme in the application of inner hole of aluminum alloy component is tested.The PCD tool is applied in the milling of aluminum alloy highspeed surface for test.Comparing with the data of PCD tools with sharp edge,the influence of edge strengthening on the tool performance to guide production and processing is analyzed.
