切削用量对铣削非标内螺纹刀具磨损的影响

摘要:与传统螺纹加工方法相比,铣削螺纹不仅具有较高的加工精度和加工效率,而且不受螺纹结构的制约,可较为自由地选取合理的加工参数。应用DEFORM3D软件对铣削非标内螺纹刀具磨损进行仿真,运用正交仿真试验研究切削速度、最大切削厚度和径向切削深度等切削用量对刀具磨损的影响,并对加工参数进行了优化。结果表明:切削刃圆角处刀具磨损最严重,在研究范围内,径向切削深度对刀具磨损的影响最大。

Influence of Cutting Parameters on Tool Wear in Machining 
Nonstandard Internal Thread by Milling

Abstract:Compared with traditional machining method,it not only has higher machining accuracy and efficiency,but also is not restricted by thread structure,so it can select reasonable machining parameters freely.The tool wear of milling nonstandard internal thread is simulated by DEFORM.The influence of cutting parameters such as cutting speed,maximum cutting thickness and radial cutting depth on tool wear are studied by orthogonal simulation experiment,and the machining parameters are optimized.The results show that the most serious tool wear is located at the corners of cutting edge,and the radial cutting depth has the greatest influence on tool wear in the range of parameters studied.
