汽车发动机冷却水套清洗工艺研究

摘要:对发动机缸盖冷却水套清洗工艺进行了仿真优化研究。针对发动机缸盖水套进行逆向建模,获得发动机缸盖水套流域模型,制定不同的发动机水套清洗工艺方案并进行流体仿真,获得优化的水套清洗工艺,通过清洗机进行优化水套清洗工艺验证。发动机缸盖冷却水套清洗工艺仿真优化方法可用于制定发动机生产线中冷却水套清洗方案,优化清洗工艺,缩短清洗时间,提高清洗效率。

Study on Cleaning Process of Automobile Engine Cooling Water Jacket

Abstract:The simulation and optimization of engine cylinder head cooling water jacket cleaning process are studied.The reverse modeling of water jacket of engine cylinder head is carried out to obtain the watershed model of water jacket of engine cylinder head.Then,different schemes of engine jacket cleaning process are developed for fluid simulation,and the optimized jacket cleaning process is obtained.The optimization of the water jacket cleaning process is verified by the cleaning machine.The simulation optimization method of engine cylinder head cooling water jacket cleaning process can be used to formulate the cooling water jacket cleaning scheme in the engine production line,optimized the cleaning process,shorten the cleaning time and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
