高长径比粉末冶金零件成形过程的数值模拟

摘要:针对粉末冶金法生产高长径比产品尺寸变形大和产品精度低等问题,提出分段成形控制工艺。通过ABAQUS进行数值分析,采用更新的Lagrange方式和大变形弹塑性理论从Mises应力、节点位移、径向最远端密度分布方面进行对比,结果表明,该方法可有效提高密度分布均匀性,显著减小零件双向成形腰部尺寸偏小问题。与现有高长径比产品生产工艺进行对比,节省原材料并简化后续加工工艺。

Numerical Simulation of Pressing Process of PM Parts with High Aspect Ratio

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of large size deformation and low precision in the production of high aspect ratio products by powder metallurgy,a control technology of sectional pressing is proposed.Based on the numerical analysis of ABAQUS,the updatedLagrange method and elasticplastic constitutive theory with finite deformation are used to compare the Mises stress,nodedisplacement and radial farthest end density distribution.The results show that the method can effectively improve the uniformity of density distribution and significantly reduce the problem of small waist size in doubledirection pressing of parts.Compared with the existing production process of high aspect ratio products,it can save raw materials and simplify the subsequent processing process.
