PCD刀具高速切削硬铝合金的粗糙度研究

摘要:通过正交试验法研究了PCD刀具干式车削2A14T6511硬铝合金时切削速度、切削深度、进给量和刀尖圆弧半径对粗糙度的影响,分析了理论表面粗糙度,并对试验结果进行极差分析。试验结果表明,对表面粗糙度影响的因素从大到小依次是进给量f、刀尖圆弧半径rε、切削深度ap、切削速度v。刀尖圆弧半径为1.0mm、切削速度为800m/min、切削深度为0.1mm、进给量为0.08~0.12mm/r时,可以获得最佳的表面粗糙度。

Research on Roughness of PCD Tool for High Speed Cutting of Hard Aluminum Alloy

Abstract:This paper deals with the effect of cutting speed,cutting depth,feed rate and arc radius on the cutting surface roughness,when dry turning hard aluminum alloys 2A14T6511 by PCD tools through orthogonal experiment.Theoretical surface roughness and the test results of range analysis is analyzed.The experiment results show that the degree of factors that affected the surface roughness is f>rε>ap>v,and with the arc radius of 1.0mm,the cutting speed of 800m/min,the cutting depth of 0.15mm and the feed rate range of 0.08~0.12mm/r,the ideal workpiece surface roughness can be obtained.
