PCD刀具前刀面布轮抛光力试验研究

摘要:通过单因素试验研究了布轮抛光去除PCD刀具前刀面热损伤层的过程中布轮转速、压缩量对抛光力的影响规律。试验结果及分析表明:压缩量在合理取值范围内,当转速一定时,抛光力随压缩量的增大而增大;当压缩量一定时,抛光力随转速的增大而增大;当压缩量过小或过大时,抛光力值因受布轮圆柱度误差的影响而呈现不稳定状态。依据单因素试验数据得到了抛光力稳定状态下的二因素四水平正交试验表,通过极差法分析了压缩量及布轮转速对抛光力的影响程度,建立了抛光力预测模型。结果表明:压缩量对抛光力的影响程度大于布轮转速,压缩量、布轮转速与抛光力的相关性极显著,抛光力预测模型与试验数据的拟合效果佳。

Research on Polishing Force of Cloth Wheel on Front Face of PCD Tools

Abstract:A singlefactor test to study the influence of speed and compression of cloth wheel on the polishing force on front face of PCD tools during the process of removing the heatdamaged layer is designed.The test results and analysis show that when the compression is within a reasonable range and the rotation speed is constant,the polishing force increases with the increasing of compression amount.When the compression amount is constant,the polishing force increases with the increasing of rotation speed.When the amount of compression is too small or large,due to the influence of the cylinder roundness error,the polishing force becomes unstable.Based on the singlefactor test data,a twofactor fourhorizontal orthogonal test table is obtained under the steady state of polishing force.The degree of influence of compression amount and rotation speed of the cloth wheel on the polishing force is analyzed by the range method,and a polishing force prediction model is established.The results show that the degree of compression affects the polishing force more than the rotation speed of cloth wheel,the correlation between the compression amount,the rotation speed of cloth wheel and the polishing force is extremely significant,and the model of polishing force fits well with experimental data.
