错齿BTA钻头钻削13MnNiMoR的试验研究

摘要:通过错齿BTA钻头钻削加工13MnNiMoR试验,研究了深孔加工表面的宏微观形貌变化规律,分析了钻削参数对深孔表面粗糙度的影响和刀片磨损机理。结果表明,钻削参数对深孔表面质量影响较大,主要宏观缺陷包括沟槽和工件材料脱落,微观缺陷包括粘结物、切屑划痕和凹坑;深孔表面粗糙度随着进给量的增加而增大,随着转速的增加而降低;刀片后刀面主要磨损机理为粘结磨损、氧化磨损和扩散磨损。

Experimental Investigation on Deephole Drilling of
13MnNiMoR by Staggered Tooth BTA Drill

Abstract:Based on the experiment of machining 13MnNiMoR with a staggered tooth BTA drill,the macromicroscopic topography of the deephole machining surface is studied,and the effect of the drilling parameters on the surface roughness of the deephole and the wear mechanism of tool insert are analyzed.The results show that the drilling parameters have a greater effect on the surface quality of deep holes.The main macro defects include grooves and workpiece material shedding,and the micro defects include adhesions,chip scratches and pits.The surface roughness of deep holes are increased with an increase in the feed rate,and decreased with an increase in the speed.The main wear mechanism of tool insert flank is adhesive wear,oxidation wear and diffusion wear.
