铍制挠性梁结构微细成型试验研究

摘要:针对航空航天惯导领域中铍制挠性梁特征的加工难点,开展了不同工艺参数耦合状态下的高速微细铣削加工试验,分析了关键工艺参数状态对挠性梁加工特征的表面形貌、切削力、维氏硬度等指标项的影响规律,对零件的表面完整性进行表征,并探索了电火花无应力加工方式对于难加工材料、薄壁挠性结构零件的加工可行性。

Structure with Beryllium

Abstract:The experiment of high speed micro milling is carried out with matching of technique match parameter for applications of flexible beam in aerospace field.Based on surface morphology,cutting force,and vickers hardness,the influence law of main processing parameters on surface integrity is drawed.And the feasibility of EDM processing is explored for thin flexible beam and difficulttocut materials.
