硬质合金刀具对45调质钢的磁化切削研究

摘要:为研究硬质合金刀具对45调质钢的磁化切削影响规律,通过控制单因素法,并借助多分量测力仪在线监测刀具车削过程的车削力。用显微镜测量刀具后刀面的磨损带宽度,对不同机外磁化参数下的刀具与未磁化处理刀具的多向车削力与后刀面磨损量进行对比研究。研究结果表明:机外磁化刀具使刀具带磁切削,可明显提高刀具车削过程中的切向车削力,降低径向与轴向车削力,提高外圆加工质量;在相同车削距离条件下,外磁化刀具的磨损量增大,且磨损量增加与刀具车削过程中的切向力增大有关;刀具的带磁切削使刀具与铁磁性工件之间的摩擦学过程发生了一定程度的变化,从而增加切向力与磨损量。

Study on Magnetization Cutting of 45 Hardened and Tempered Steel by Carbide Tool

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the carbide tool on the magnetization cutting of 45 hardened and tempered steel,by control singlefactor method and online monitoring the turning force with a multicomponent force measuring instrument and measuring the wear belt width of the tool flank with a tool microscope,the multidirection turning forces and the flank wear of the nonmagnetized tool and the magnetized tool under different external magnetization parameters are comparatively studied.The results show that the externally magnetized tool cuts workpieces with magnetism,and the tangential cutting force is obviously increased and the radial and axial turning forces are reduced,so that the machining quality of the outer circle is improved.The wear of the externally magnetized tool is increased under the condition of the same turning distance,and the increase of tool wear is related to the increase of the tangential force.The magnetic cutting of the tool causes some changes of the tribology process between the tool and the ferromagnetic workpiece,thus leading to the increase of the tangential force and the wear.
