曲轴低成本纳米抛光技术的开发及应用

摘要:曲轴轴颈的表面质量对其动力性能有重要影响。相比MRK1机型,MRK2发动机对轴颈表面粗糙度的要求更高,因此在原有三级抛光的基础上增加了第四级纳米抛光。现有纳米抛光使用金刚石抛光带,成本较高。为降低工具成本,开发出一种高性价比的氧化铝材质抛光带用来替换金刚石抛光带,并通过反复试验找出与之匹配的工艺参数。

Abstract:The surface quality of crankshaft journals has important influence on the dynamic performance.As the surface roughness requirements for MRK2 engine crank journals are much higher than those of MRK1 engines,a fourthlevel nano polishing technology is applied.In order to reduce the cost with the diamond polishing film,a costeffective alumina polishing film is developed,and the related process parameters are found by experiments.
