钻削齿轮台阶端面的硬质合金麻花钻设计优化

摘要:在加工齿轮台阶面上的减轻孔时,普通整体硬质合金钻头在加工过程中钻尖外缘处易破损。通过分析实际加工条件和被加工件特征后,改进了钻头的钻尖型式,解决了钻尖外缘破损的问题,提高了钻头寿命。

Optimization on Cutting Gear Step with Carbide Twist Drill

Abstract:When machining the relief hole on the gear step surface of the solid carbide drill,the outer edge of the drill tip is easy to be damaged during the machining process.After analyzing the actual processing conditions and the characteristics of the machined workpiece,the drill bit form is improved.The improved drill bit solves the problem of damage to the outer edge of the drill bit and improves the life of the drill bit.
