倒棱结构对淬硬钢铣削力的影响研究

摘要:对6种基体和涂层相同、刃口倒棱结构参数不同的硬质合金数控铣刀片进行淬硬模具钢S136平面铣削的切削力正交试验,对比了不同的倒棱结构参数(倒棱角度αc和倒棱宽度bα1)及切削参数(切削速度vc、进给量fr、轴向切深ap)对铣削力的影响规律。试验发现:刀片倒棱角度α1=-15°及倒棱宽度bα1=0.1mm时的切削合力最小;倒棱角度和倒棱宽度对刀片切削性能的影响复杂而相互制约,随着切削参数的变化影响规律有所不同;设计刀片时需要平衡倒棱2个结构参数对刀片切削性能的有利和不利影响,获得使刃口倒棱刀片切削力最小的最佳倒棱结构参数组合。

Study on Effect of Chamfer Structure on Milling Force of Hardened Steel

Abstract:In this paper,the cutting force orthogonal milling experiment on hardened mold steel S136 of six inserts with same coatings and matrixes but different chamferedge structures is carried out,the effect of chamferedge structural parameters and cutting parameters on milling force is compared.The result reveals that the resultant cutting force is minimum while the chamfer angle is -15° and chamfer width is 0.1mm.The effect of chamfer structure on cutting performance is complicated and interactive,which is influenced by cutting parameters′ variation.In insert′s designing,it′s very important to balance the beneficial and adverse effects of two chamfer structural parameters on insert′s cutting performance,theoretically,there is a optimum chamfer structure combination which can make the cutting force lowest.
