D打印钛合金结构件铣削加工技术

摘要:针对3D打印钛合金零件表面粗糙度差和铣削加工难度大的问题,对3D打印TA15结构件的铣削加工技术进行了研究,分别从材料性能、加工流程、加工设备、加工刀具、加工路径规划、切削参数等方面进行了工艺探索,较好地实现了3D打印钛合金零件的铣削加工,获得了较好的产品表面质量和较优的切削参数。

Milling Technology of 3D Printed Titanium Alloy Structure

Abstract:Considering the surface roughness of 3D printed titanium alloy parts is poor and the milling is difficult,the milling technology of TA15 structural parts based on 3D printing is studied.The process is explored from the material properties,processing flow,processing equipment,processing tool,path planning and cutting parameters.The milling process of 3D printed titanium alloy parts is well realized,the surface quality of the product is improved,and the better cutting parameters are obtained.
