基于粗糙接触界面微通道模型的切削液用量估算

摘要:针对刀-屑界面切削液的用量估算,建立刀-屑界面滑移区数值接触模型,仿真并分析了界面内切削液的渗入及存储,以此为基础估算了切削液的用量,利用金属切削试验对评估结果进行了验证,为进一步丰富和发展MQL切削技术奠定了基础。

Estimation of Cutting Fluid Consumption Based on Microchannel Model
of Rough Contact Interface

Abstract:A numerical simulation model of the slipping zone of toolchip interface is established,and the infiltration of cutting fluid in interface is simulated.According to the simulated results,the consumption of cutting fluid at the toolchip interface is estimated.The conclusion is verified with metal cutting experiments which provide a reference for further enriching and developing MQL cutting technology.
