电主轴振动状态对表面粗糙度的影响试验研究

摘要:电主轴通常具有一定的不平衡量,其使用会持续增强此不平衡量,因主轴转动而产生的振动也会增加。如果主轴振动过大,产品表面质量将不达标,严重影响加工成本和生产效率。本文通过铣削2738模具钢试验,探究主轴振动状态对表面粗糙度的影响规律,对加工表面进行检测和分析,并建立自转振动值和切削振动值临界值的预测模型,为电主轴精度的提高和加工性能的改进、设计及开发提供参考。

Experimental Study on Influence of Vibration State of
Motorized Spindle on Surface Roughness

Abstract:The spindle of the motorized spindle usually has a certain unbalance.The use of the motorized spindle will continuously enhance the unbalance,and the vibration caused by the rotation of the spindle will also increase.If the spindle vibrates is too much,the surface quality of the product will not reach the standard,which seriously affects the processing cost and production efficiency.In this paper,the milling 2738 die steel test is carried out to explore the influence of spindle vibration state on surface roughness,to detection and analysis of machining surface.And the prediction model of rotation vibration value and cutting vibration critical value are established,which provides reference for improving,designing and developing motorized spindle,improving precision and machining performance.
