基于稳定性分析的分层不等齿距铣刀加工参数优化

摘要:针对分层不等齿距铣刀的加工稳定性进行了研究,建立二维加工过程的动力学模型,利用改进的半离散法推导分层不等齿距铣刀稳定叶瓣图绘制的公式。根据刀具齿空间分布与动态特性,求解获得加工稳定性叶瓣图。通过稳定性叶瓣图确定最优加工参数,并试验验证了最佳加工参数的正确性。

Optimization of Machining Parameters of Layered Milling Cutter 
with Different Pitch Based on Stability Analysis

Abstract:The machining stability of layered milling cutter with different pitch is researched.The dynamic model of twodimensional machining process is established,and the formula for drawing the stability diagram of layered milling cutter with different pitch is derived by using the improved semidiscrete method.The spatial distribution and the dynamic characteristics of the cutter teeth are considered to obtain the stability lobe diagram.The optimal processing parameters are determined by the stability lobe diagram,and the correctness of the optimal processing parameters is verified by experiments.
