航天用高精度快换定位系统设计原理及仿真分析

摘要:航天精密零件高精度和一致性的要求推动了高精度快换定位技术的发展,各类快换定位产品层出不穷,种类繁多。通过研究快换定位系统的精密重复定位原理、快速换装原理、定位可靠性和材料可靠性设计等快换定位系统设计中的关键技术,系统分析当前快换定位系统的设计原理。

Abstract:The quickchanging positioning technology is developed by the demand of high precision and uniformity in precise aerospace parts.Nowadays,the quickchanging positioning product have been launching with various types.The key technologies of quickchanging positioning system design including precise repositioning theory,quickchanging theory,positioning reliability design and material reliability design are studied and the design theory of quickchanging positioning system are systematically analyzed.
