γ-TiAl合金切削加工研究进展

摘要:γ-TiAl合金具有密度低、比强度高、抗蠕变和抗氧化性能良好等特性,在航空航天及汽车领域具有广泛的应用前景。切削加工作为金属零部件成形工艺中主要的材料去除方式,是制造γ-TiAl合金零部件的重要方法。为研究γ-TiAl合金的可加工性,改善零部件使役性能,国内外学者针对材料性能和加工工艺展开了大量的研究工作。本文在概述γ-TiAl合金材料性能的基础上,从刀具磨损、加工表面完整性和切削温度等方面阐述了γ-TiAl合金切削加工技术的研究进展,总结了γ-TiAl合金切削加工技术难点,并展望了γ-TiAl合金切削加工技术未来发展趋势。

Review on Cutting of γ-TiAl Alloy

Abstract:γ-TiAl alloy has a wide range of application prospects in the aerospace and automotive fields,due to its excellent properties such as low density,high specific strength,good creep resistance and oxidation resistance.As the main material removal method in the forming process of metal parts,cutting plays a critical role in manufacturing the γ-TiAl alloy components.In order to study the machinability of γ-TiAl alloy and improve its service performance, a large number of researches on material properties and processing technology are carried out.In this review article, development progress of cutting of γ-TiAl alloy are described concerning tool wear,machined surface integrity, cutting temperature.The difficulties during cutting machining of γ-TiAl alloy are summarized,and the development trends on cutting technology of such materials are prospected.
