新型可换头钻头的结构优化研究与试验验证

摘要:本文运用有限元分析软件 AdvantEdge FEM 对新型可换头钻头的结构进行了研究,建立了钻头的有限元分析模型;通过正交试验法分析研究了钻头的顶角、切削刃角、排屑槽半径以及横刃在加工难加工材料316不锈钢时钻头钻削力、Mises应力的影响关系以及规律,基于仿真及试验结果,采用极差分析优选出优化后的钻头结构参数,并通过试验验证仿真结果的正确性。

Research and Verification of Structural Optimization based on New Type Replaceable Bit
Yu Zongning,Liu Mingdong,Zhou Liping〖WT5”HZ〗Abstract:In this paper,the finite element analysis software AdvantEdge FEM is used to study the structure of the new interchangeable bit,and the finite element analysis model of the bit is established.Through the orthogonal test method,the top angle,cutting edge angle and chip flute radius of the bit are analyzed and explored.As well as the influence relationship and law of the drill bit's drilling force andise stress when the chisel edge is processing difficulttomachine material 316 stainless steel.Based on the simulation and experimental results,the range analysis is used to optimize the drill bit structure parameters,and the correctness of the simulation results is verified through experiments.
