整体硬质合金枪钻的参数优化及钻削试验研究

摘要:随着硬质合金材料的改善,整体硬质合金枪钻正逐步替代传统刀具。而国产整体硬质合金枪钻还处于起步阶段,许多技术难题亟需解决。对此,本文用微分几何方法建立数学模型,优化了其刀尖几何参数,并采用小直径整体枪钻进行4Cr13不锈钢钻削试验,分别研究切削用量和外刃锋角的不同对钻削4Cr13不锈钢的影响。

Abstract:With the improvement of cemented carbide material,solid carbide gun drills are gradually taking place of conventional cutting tools.However,homebred solid carbide gun drills are at the beginning stage,there are lots of technical problems needed to be solved.Accordingly,this paper uses differential geometry,constructing mathematical model and optimizing the geometric parameters of the tool nose.And the experiments on drilling 4Cr13 stainless steel with solid carbide gun drill of different cutting amounts and front angle are studied.
