切削参数对高强度钢切削温度影响的仿真研究

摘要:由于高强度钢具有硬度高、强度大等特性,在切削过程中易形成较高的切削温度。为研究切削参数对切削温度的影响,建立了硬质合金刀具切削34CrNiMo6高强度钢的二维仿真模型,运用正交试验方法分析了切削速度、进给量和切削深度对切削温度的影响规律。采用方差分析法和极差分析法获得了切削用量的最优方案,并建立了切削温度关于切削参数的经验公式。结果表明:切削速度对高强度钢切削温度影响最大,进给量次之,切削深度影响最小。

Simulation Study on Effect of Cutting Parameters on Cutting Temperature of High Strength Steel

Abstract:Because of the high hardness and strength of high strength steel,it is easy to produce high cutting temperature in cutting.Aiming at the influence of cutting parameters on cutting temperature,a twodimensional simulation model of cutting 34CrNiMo6 highstrength steel with carbide tools is established.The effect of cutting speed,feed rate and cutting depth on cutting temperature is analyzed by orthogonal test method.The optimal cutting parameters are obtained by variance analysis and range analysis,and the empirical formula of cutting temperature on cutting parameters is established.The results show that cutting speed has the greatest influence on cutting temperature of high strength steel,followed by feed rate and cutting depth.
