加工钛合金的硬质合金涂层铣刀改进分析

摘要:采用精雕JDVT600型数控加工中心加工TC4钛合金材料,结合AdvantEdge软件对牛鼻铣刀失效过程进行分析研究,提出了刀具及其加工过程改进方案。通过研究得出:采用“大转速、小进给”模式加工钛合金,刀具的失效形式通常是由于加工过程中刀具R角温度过高,刀具材料强度降低造成崩缺,从而导致刀具的失效;适当增大刀具端刃前角,能在一定程度上增加刀具寿命;采用润滑效果更好的切削油代替水溶性乳化液可以有效增加刀具的寿命。

Abstract:In this paper,Jingdiao JDVT600 CNC machining center is used to process titanium alloy TC4 material,combined with The Third Wave AdvantEdge software to analyze and study the failure process of bull nose milling cutters,and the tools and processing improvements are proposed.Due to the chipping,it is concluded that the failure mode of titanium alloy tools processed by the “high speed and small feed” processing mode is usually caused by the excessively high temperature of the R angle during the machining process,which leads to the failure of the tool.The rake angle of the tool end edge can appropriately increase the life to a certain extent,and the use of cutting oil with better lubricating effect instead of watersoluble emulsion can effectively increase the life of the tool.
