铍青铜波纹垫片冷变形加工技术研究

摘要:针对铍青铜波纹垫片冷变形加工时易断裂难题,使用ABAQUS有限元软件仿真分析了波纹垫片在两种冷变形加工(整体波纹冲压和单个波纹冲压)时垫片的应力分布情况。研究结果表明:单个波纹冲压加工时,铍青铜波纹垫片应力最大值小于整体波纹冲压;整体波纹冲压时,波纹垫片中段的应力大于两侧应力,波纹垫片断裂由冲压时两侧牵拉造成。将单个波纹冲压改用滚压加工,分析得知,滚压加工与单个波纹冲压应力分布情况相近,不易导致波纹垫片断裂。据此设计滚压加工装置,保证垫片波形冷变形加工过程中不发生断裂,显著提高加工效率。

Study on Cold Deformation Processing Technology of Beryllium Bronze Corrugated Gasket

Abstract:Aiming at the fracture problem of beryllium bronze corrugated gasket during cold deformation processing,during integral stamping and single corrugated stamping,the stress distribution of beryllium bronze corrugated gasket is analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software.The results show that the maximum stress of beryllium bronze corrugated gasket is less than that of the integral corrugated stamping during single corrugated stamping,the stress of the middle part of the corrugated gasket is greater than that of the two sides,the fracture of the corrugated gasket is caused by the pulling of both sides during stamping.The stress distribution of rolling process is similar to that of single corrugated stamping,which is not easy to cause fracture of corrugated gasket.The rolling processing device is designed to ensure that there is no fracture during the cold deformation process of the gasket,and the processing efficiency is significantly improved.
