不同刃口角度数控刀片的切削过程DEFORM仿真研究

摘要:在钛合金车削过程中,刀具刃口角度起着至关重要的作用,它不仅控制着切屑的流动与折断,还对切削力和切削热有较大的影响,进而影响刀具的磨损情况和使用寿命。本文通过改变刀具的刃口角度,借助DEFORM-3D切削仿真软件对切削过程进行仿真模拟,得到切削力和切削热的分布。与原刀片相比,修改后的刀片能够有效降低切削力和切削热,提升刀具寿命,并最终得到优化效果良好的刀具。

Different Cutting Edge Angles

Abstract:In the turning process of titanium alloy,the cutting edge angle of the tool plays a vital role.It not only controls the flow and breaking of chips,but also has a great influence on the cutting force and cutting heat,which in turn affects the tool wear and service life.In this paper,by changing the cutting edge angle of the tool and using DEFORM3D cutting simulation software to simulate the cutting process,the cutting force and cutting heat distribution are obtained.Compared with the original insert,it is found that the modified insert can effectively reduce the cutting force and cutting heat,so that the tool life is improved,and the tool with good optimization effect is obtained.
