数字化机加生产线刀具数据库的构建及应用

摘要:刀具作为数字化机加生产线的关键资源,是影响生产效率、加工成本和产品质量的重要因素。传统刀具管理主要进行物理刀具的库存、借入和借出管理,但未考虑工艺设计、刀具准备等其他刀具流转环节,因此难以满足数字化生产线中智能化和信息化的加工需求。本文针对数字化生产线刀具管理需求,制定了合理有效的刀具编码方案,实现了刀具信息在各生产环节之间快速传输与准确识别,建立了完整的刀具数据库,包含刀具单项、刀具装配体、切削参数和刀具库存信息,开发了高效、实用、完善的刀具管理系统,能够服务于工艺设计、物理刀具管理以及切削参数积累。该研究成果对提高刀具信息化管理水平、促进数字化生产线发展建设具有非常重要的意义。

Establishment and Application of Tool Database for Digital Production Line

Abstract:As the critical resource of the digital production line,tools are the principal factor affecting the production efficiency,machining cost and product quality.The traditional tool management mode covers the inventory,borrowing and lending of physical tools,but ignores the process design,tool preparation and other tool circulation links,therefore it is difficult to satisfy the intelligent and information requirements of the digital production line.To meet the requirements of the tool management,a reasonable and effective tool coding scheme is developed,a tool database including the tool item,tool assembly,cutting parameters and tool inventory is established,and a tool management system is also developed,which can provide support for the process design,physical tool management and cutting parameter accumulation.The research outcome is of great significance to improve the tool information management and promote the development of the digital production line.
