日型薄壁零件铣削侧壁的变形仿真分析

摘要:针对铣削日型薄壁框体零件侧壁不同位置时的加工变形问题,通过立铣经验公式建立了静态铣削力预测模型。基于实际的铣削加工参数,应用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件设计了多组仿真试验,并运用控制变量法研究了在给定预测铣削力下各侧壁的变形规律。结果表明:切削位置接近固定约束端的变形最小,而自由边中间处的挠曲变形最大;零件的结构参数(长纵比、长宽比、壁厚、材料)对铣削加工变形的影响呈不同变化规律。提出了应对措施,可为研究复杂多框薄壁零件提供理论依据与经验支撑。

Simulation Analysis on Sidewall Deformation of Thinwalled Part Milling

Abstract:Aiming at the machining deformation problem of thinwalled frame parts when milling at different positions of the sidewalls,a static milling force prediction model is established through the empirical formula of end milling.By using ANSYS workbench finite element software and the actual milling processing parameters,multiple sets of simulation experiments are designed,and the deformation law of each sidewall under a given predicted milling force is studied through control variable method.The results show that the smallest the deformation exists in the fixed constraint end while the largest deflection deformation exists in the middle of the free end,and the law of effect of structural parameters such as aspect ratio,wall thickness and material of the part on the milling deformation changes.Finally,countermeasures are put forward,which provide a theoretical basis and an empirical support for the study of complex multiframe thinwalled parts.
