大直径薄壁焊接零件的车削加工技术

摘要:大直径薄壁零件具有重量轻、成本低、节约材料和结构紧凑等特点,广泛应用于航空航天领域各种型号
产品中,但是焊接后的薄壁零件刚性差、强度弱,在加工过程中极易变形,难以保证尺寸精度。本文基于零件结构,
分析产品变形影响因素,研究控制变形方法,设计辅助装夹定位工装,合理选用刀具及车削参数,提出一种针对大
直径锥形薄壁焊接件的车削工艺方法,可以大幅提高产品的加工效率,保证加工精度。

Abstract:Largediameterthinwalledpartshavebeenwidelyusedinvarioustypesofaviationandaerospaceproducts
becauseoftheircharacteristicsoflightweight,lowcost,materialsavingandthecompactstructure.However,afterwelding,
thethinwalledpartsbecomepoorinrigidityandweakinstrength.Duetodeformationduringprocessing,itisdifficulttoen
surethedimensionalaccuracy.Basedonthestructureofthepart,theinfluencingfactorsoftheproductdeformationareana
lyzed,themethodofcontrollingthedeformationisstudied,theauxiliaryclampingandpositioningtoolisdesigned,andthe
cuttingtoolsandturningparametersareselectedreasonably.Theturningtechnologyforthelargediameterconicalthinwall
weldedpartscangreatlyimprovethemachiningefficiencyandensurethemachiningaccuracy.
