基于最小二乘法的槽式太阳能聚光镜面的面形拟合

摘要:针对抛物槽式太阳能集热系统中,支架加工和检测困难的现状,提出一种新的检测方法。通过测量单个槽式支架尺寸,根据测量点节点位移,提出采用最小二乘法拟合标准支架和待测支架的变形曲面数学方程。通过计算两种支架最佳吻合光滑曲面间的法向偏差 ρ,确定待测支架变形曲面的法向均方根误差 σ,并以标准反射面精度参数作为法向均方根误差的评判标准,以实现支架的快速准确检验。该方法易于理解,编程简单,精度高,为槽式支架的检测和变形分析提供了重要依据。

Abstract:Regardingthecurrentdifficultiesinbracketprocessingandinspectionoftheparabolicsolartroughsystem,
anewdetectionmethodisproposed.Bymeasuringthedimensionsofasingletroughbracketandthenodedisplacementof
themeasuringpoint,themathematicalequationforfittingthedeformedsurfaceofthestandardbracketandthebrackettobe
testedisputforwardbasedontheleastsquaremethod.Then,bycalculatingthenormaldeviationρbetweenthetwobestfit
tingsmoothsurfacesofthebracket,thenormalrootmeansquareerrorσofthedeformedsurfaceofthebrackettobemeas
uredisdetermined.Andtakingtheaccuracyparameterofthestandardreflectionsurfaceasthecriterionofthenormalroot
meansquareerror,thefastandaccurateinspectionofthebracketscanbeachieved.Thismethodwhichiseasytounder
stand,simpletoprogramandofhighprecision,canprovideanimportantbasisforthedetectionanddeformationanalysisof
thetroughbracket.
