新型镗削装置的设计及性能分析

摘要:在深孔镗削加工过程中,随着加工工件孔长径比的增大,镗杆产生的振动也越来越大,导致普通深孔镗刀无法满足实际复杂工况的加工需求。为了降低镗杆的振动,进一步提升工件加工精度,在深入研究了深孔镗削的特点后设计了一种带支撑的新型镗削装置。该装置通过设置的可调节支撑,能在加工过程中起到固定和导向的作用,从而有效减小加工振动,提高加工精度。在此基础上对新型镗削装置进行了静力学分析,运用ANSYS Workbench对新型镗削装置的镗杆进行了动力学方面的模态分析,完成了该装置样机的试制及对比性能试验。结果表明,新型带支撑的镗削装置的静力学性能和动力学性能均优于普通深孔镗刀,新型镗削装置的加工精度优于普通深孔镗刀。

Design and Performance Analysis of New Boring Device

Abstract:In the process of deephole boring,with the increase of the length diameter ratio of workpiece,the vibration of the boring bar is also increasing,which leads to the common deephole boring cutter unable to meet the processing requirements of actual complex working conditions.In order to reduce the vibration of boring bars and further improve the machining accuracy of workpieces,a new boring device with support is designed after studying the characteristics of the deephole boring.Through the adjustable support,the device can play a fixing and guiding role in the machining process,so as to effectively reduce the processing vibration and improve the processing accuracy.On this basis,the static analysis of the new boring device is carried out,the dynamic modal analysis of the boring bar of the new boring device is also conducted by using ANSYS Workbench.Finally,the prototype of the device is manufactured and the performance test is completed.The results show that the static and dynamic performances of the new boring device with support are better than those of the ordinary deephole boring cutter,and the machining accuracy of the new boring device is better than that of the ordinary deephole boring cutter.
