摘要：本文介绍了信息技术拓展性应用在国内推广面临的问题。通过对比国内外相关研究，介绍了基于国际统一性标准化数据接口（ISO 10303）在金属切削刀具领域（ISO 13399）对产品生命周期全过程管理中数据交换应用和实践的方法—ToolsERA精密刀具智能选用服务平台。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces the problems in promoting the extended application of information technology in China. This paper introduces a method of data exchange application and practice in the whole process management of product life cycle in the field of cutting tools based on the international uniform standardized data interface，and comparing the relevant researches at home and abroad.
