齿轮轴的设计制造与检测综合实验模块化教学研究

摘要:现代机械工程具有复杂性的问题特征,良好的工程教育不仅需要学生扎实地掌握各环节独立的专业技能,而且必须建立起各环节专业知识的内在联系,只有这样才能培养出高素质的机械工程人才。本文围绕机械加工中典型的零部件齿轮轴,提出了从设计、制造到检测的全过程成果导向式模块化实验教学,将机械专业知识融会贯通,并使其原本的知识内部结构关系得以体现。采用开放式实验教学模式,有利于培养“过程+结果”新工科应用型技术人才。

Research on Modular Experimental Teaching Based on Design
Manufacturing and Testing of Gear Shaft

Abstract:Modern mechanical engineering problems are characterized by complexity.Excellent engineering education not only requires students to master the independent professional skills of each part,but also to establish the internal relations of professional knowledge of each part.Only in this way can highquality mechanical engineering talents be cultivated.In this paper,based on gear shaft,a fairly typical workpiece in machinery,the whole process of resultsoriented modular experimental teaching from design,manufacturing to testing is proposed,by which means the professional knowledge involved in many core courses in machinery is integrated,and the original internal structure of knowledge can be reflected.Through adopting of open experimental teaching mode,it is conducive to cultivating the “process+result” applicationoriented technical talents of new engineering.
