基于NX的三轴刀轨直转四轴加工程序研究

摘要:本文深入研究了数控三轴刀轨转四轴程序的方法,构建了数学模型,在NX数控编程软件平台通过二次开发,实现了数控三轴刀轨后处理为四轴加工程序,简化了四轴数控加工编程方法,并在N95口罩机滚刀零件加工中验证了该方法的可靠性。

Abstract:The research on how to transform threeaxis tool path into fourakis CNC machining program and have constructed the mathematical model is put forward.In the NX NC programming software platform,the threeaxis tool path is realized as fouraxis CNC machining is program through secondary development,which simplifies the programming method of four axisNC machining.The reliability of this method has been verified in the machining of N95 mask machine hob parts.
