高速铣刀差异化振动磨损形成机制及其控制方法

摘要:高速铣削过程中,受刀齿结构和误差的影响,铣刀多个刀齿的振动特性和与工件的动态接触关系有明显不同,由此导致的铣刀多齿振动磨损程度差异性明显,铣刀整体使用寿命下降已成为高速铣削加工亟待解决的问题。本文进行了高效铣削加工实验,提取铣刀振动时域/频域特征参数以及刀齿磨损宽度,采用改进的灰色关联法对铣刀振动特性与铣刀磨损的关联性进行分析。构建铣刀振动条件下刀齿—工件接触关系模型,揭示铣刀多齿切削振动差异化磨损特性及其形成条件,提出铣刀振动磨损的控制方法。结果表明,采用所提出的控制方法能够正确识别铣刀多齿振动磨损的影响因素,并对铣刀多个刀齿的差异化磨损实现有效控制。

Formation and Controlling Method for Differential Vibration
Wear of Highspeed Milling Cutter

Abstract:During the process of highspeed milling,due to the milling cutter structure and blades errors,the vibration and the contact with the workpiece of the cutter blades are obvious different.The subsequent differences in the forced vibration wear,and the reduction of the overall life of the milling cutter have become an urgent problem in highspeed milling.In this paper,the high speed milling vibration wear experiments are carried out,the milling vibration and wear parameters are acquired,and by using the gray correlation analysis method,the correlation between the vibration and milling cutter wear behavior is obtained.The bladeworkpiece contacting model is developed,and the formation of differential wear of the cutter blades is unveiled,the control method of the forced vibration wear of the milling cutter is proposed.The results showed that the influencing factors of the forced vibration wear could be correctly identified by the proposed model,and the differential wear of cutter blades could also be effectively controlled.
