非对称隔框类航空薄壁结构件加工变形控制

摘要:针对非对称隔框类航空薄壁结构件加工变形问题,采用数值仿真方法构建结构件铣削加工过程有限元模型,探究隔框加工顺序、装夹方式等对工件整体变形的影响规律,提出相应的变形控制策略,并开展试验验证。研究结果表明:对于非对称隔框类薄壁结构件,可充分利用未加工部分的刚性支撑作用,先从工件刚度相对较弱区域开始加工,减小弱刚性区变形;在先加工结构弱刚度区域的策略下,通过改变装夹位置以增大未加工区域的系统刚度,有利于减小结构件整体变形量。

Machining Deformation Control of Asymmetric Bulkhead

Abstract:In order to control the deformation of asymmetric bulkhead aircraft frame parts,the model of material removal is established based on the finite element method,and the influence of frame processing sequence and clamping mode on the overall deformation of the workpiece is explored.The results show that it is necessary to start machining from the relatively weak area of the workpiece stiffness,so as to make full use of the rigid support effect of the unprocessed part and reduce the deformation of the weak rigid area.At the same time,under the strategy of machining the weak stiffness area of the structure first,increasing the stiffness of the unprocessed part of the system will help to reduce the overall deformation of the structure.
