表面织构对刀具主剪切区特性的影响研究

摘要:表面织构能明显改善刀具的切削性能,进一步清晰织构刀具的切削机理。将数值仿真及理论解析相结合,研究表面织构对刀具主剪切区特性的影响,分析主剪切区剪切角、温度及切屑形变量参数的变化。结果表明:刀具表面织构影响了刀-屑界面的接触及摩擦特性,增大了刀具主剪切区的剪切角,进而减小了刀具的切削力、刀-屑界面温度及切屑剪切形变量;主剪切区的温度却因单位时间内被切材料的剪切滑移率增大而小幅增加。本研究为清晰织构刀具的切削机理奠定了理论及技术基础。

Effect of Surface Texture on Main Shear Zone Characteristics of Cutting Tool

Abstract:The cutting performance of the tool can be significantly improved by surface texture,and its cutting mechanism is further clarified.The influence of surface texture on the characteristics of the main shear zone of the tool is studied by combining numerical simulation and theoretical,and the changes in the shear angle,temperature and chip deformation parameters of the main shear zone are analyzed.The results show that the surface texture of the tool affected the contact and friction characteristics of the toolchip interface,increase the shear angle of the main cutting area of the tool,and then reduce the cutting force of the tool,the temperature of the toolchip interface and the chip shear deformation;However,due to the increase of the shear slip rate of the cut material per unit time,the temperature of the main shear zone is increased slightly.This research can be established a theoretical and technical foundation for the cutting mechanism of clearly textured tools.
