展成磨齿扭曲计算方法研究及应用

摘要:齿面扭曲误差是影响齿轮质量的一项重要因素。本文针对展成磨齿加工过程中产生的齿面扭曲问题,通过对扭曲产生原理进行研究,优化了齿面扭曲计算方法,提出了一种齿轮三截面扭曲检测及评价标准,并将计算的扭曲值与磨齿后工件实测的扭曲值对比验证。结果表明,在考虑检测误差及计算误差的情况下,该方法计算的扭曲误差在可接受范围,具备工程应用价值。通过精确计算扭曲值,为齿轮设计人员提供了参数优化手段,同时大幅简化抗扭曲磨齿加工设备的调试流程。

Research and Application of Calculation Method for Twist of Generated Grinding

Abstract:Tooth surface twist error is an important factor that affects gear quality.Aiming at the problem of tooth surface twist in the process of generating gear grinding,the calculation method of tooth surface twist is optimized by studying the principle of twist generation,and a threesection twist detection and evaluation standard for gears is proposed,and the calculated twist value verification by comparison with the measured twist value of the workpiece after gear grinding.The results show that considering the detection error and calculation error,the twist error calculated by this method is within the acceptable range,and it has engineering application value.By accurately calculating the twist value,it provides the gear designer with a parameter optimization method,and greatly simplifies the debugging process of the antitwist grinding gear processing equipment.
