高速铣削3Cr2Mo钢时硬度对表面粗糙度的影响规律

摘要:在相同的铣削参数下,对硬度为31HRC和41HRC的3Cr2Mo淬硬钢进行高速铣削试验,结果表明:工件硬度不同,铣削参数对表面粗糙度的影响截然相反。高硬度下,进给量的影响占主导地位;低硬度下,切削速度对表面粗糙度的影响占主导地位。根据高速切削机理,分析了铣削参数在不同工件硬度下对表面粗糙度的影响规律。

Effect of Hardness on Surface Roughness During HighSpeed Milling of 3Cr2Mo Steel

Abstract:Under the same milling parameters,a highspeed milling test is carried out on 3Cr2Mo hardened steel with hardness of 31HRC and 41HRC.The results show that:with different hardness,the effect of milling parameters on surface roughness is quite different.At high hardness,the effect of feed rate dominates;at low hardness,the effect of cutting speed dominates.According to the mechanism of highspeed cutting,the effect of milling parameters on the surface roughness under different workpiece hardness is analyzed.
