任意角度和斜度圆锥台的数学建模及参数编程

摘要:圆锥台的加工通常采用层切法,通过控制层的厚度来获得较好的表面粗糙度。本文建立的数学模型能够表示任意角度与任意斜度的圆锥台,在参数程序编程时采用往复刀路,颠覆了使用往复刀路必须使用第三方软件编程的惯性思维,可以更好地控制圆锥台表面加工精度,缩短实际加工刀路的长度。程序可以在线修改,大大提高了程序的适应性。

Abstract:The process of the cone table is usually a layer cutting method,and the surface roughness is obtained by the thickness of the control layer.This paper established a mathematical model to represent any arbitrary angle and slope of a cone,the parameter programming when the reciprocating cutter path,overturned using reciprocating cutter path must use third party software programming of inertial thinking,make a cone surface machining accuracy can be better controlled,also make the actual processing knife can greatly shorten the length of the road.Programs can be modified online,which greatly improves the adaptability of the program.
