磁流变液在机械加工中的研究进展

摘要:磁流变液(MRF)是将微米或纳米尺度的磁性颗粒分散在载液中制备而成的先进复合材料,在外磁场作用下能够产生连续可调可逆的阻尼力,具有优良的可控性和良好的减振性,从而可对振动系统的振动进行实时控制。本文简述了国内外磁流变液的研究现状及其在车削、镗削、抛光加工和柔性夹具中的应用,进一步探讨了磁流变液技术的发展方向。

Technology of MagnetoRheological Fluid and Its Application in Machining

Abstract:Magneto-Rheological Fluid (MRF) is a kind of advanced composite material prepared by dispersing the magnetic particles of micron or nanometer scale in the carrier liquid,which can produce continuously adjustable and reversible damping forces under the action of the external magnetic field.With its good controllability and vibration damping,the vibration of a system can be controlled real time.The research status of the magneto rheological fluid and its applications in turning,boring,polishing and flexible fixtures at home and abroad are briefly introduced,and the development trend of magneto rheological fluid products are further discussed.
